2020.12.20酒店經紀與酒店上班酒店小姐起爭執開槍洩憤。25歲王姓男子酒店工作酒店經紀今天清晨5時許，疑似喝酒續攤與【酒店小姐】【酒店公關】發生口角爭執，涉嫌在北市中山區永盛公園持模擬槍，對空鳴4槍，警方獲報到場發現4枚彈殼，隨即循線在今早8時許逮捕王男，全案將依照社會秩序維護法及槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例裁處。據悉，王姓男子在深夜喝酒續攤，與酒店兼差酒店小姐發生口角，酒店打工酒店小姐難以應付王男，打電話向男朋友求救，自稱是酒店小酒男友約王男在永盛公園見面，但卻遲遲未到，王男疑似為了宣洩情緒，對空鳴了4槍。路過民眾聽到槍聲驚恐報案，警方到場後現場已無人，警方循線找到4枚彈殼，且隨即調閱監視器追查，在今天上午8時許逮到涉案的王姓男子。警方指出，王男持有具有打擊底火功能，足以改造成具有殺傷力槍枝的模擬槍，因無正當理由持有模擬槍，有安全危害之虞，將依照社維法罰緩；另持槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例新修法後，王男並未在12月11日向警察機關報備持有模擬槍，將依法行政裁罰。
